I feel a little stiff this morning and the left side of my neck is stiff. My left ear is partly plugged. I have started a new volunteer job and I think my body is adjusting a bit. I am helping out at a senior center in my community. I help prep meals on wheels and I help with dishes. I get to chat with seniors who come to the center and with the other staff and volunteers.
I get pretty stiff and my feet hurt after doing the dishes for sure. Hopefully as I keep moving and eating healthy and losing the excess weight my feet and back will feel better.
I really enjoy this opportunity! Just not the stiffness and soreness!
