After workout weight.
Replaced Rest Day with Arm/Forearm Day.
Increasing kCal to 4000 flat starting today to prep for next week's 5 month Pre-Season Phase. That's an increase of almost 500kCal.
When I first started my fitness journey, I gained alot of fatty weight eating close to 4000kCal (untracked). Thankfully I tracked my workout routines before.
Macros was not tracked, workouts did not support my goal to build muscle and strength - too many isolation workouts, not enough compound.
Fatsecret has really helped me track my progress and learn from my opportunities.
This time around should be interesting being more experienced and vegetarian now as well!
65.0 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
