Yikes! To many carbs, not enough protein..and way to many sweets!
64.1 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's not bad for "way too many sweets"! When I'm up, it's always at least 3 pounds.

It's out of my comfort zone though..working out today, and planned healthy meals so I'll be back on track.💜💜
