No, don’t get discouraged! Change up your exercise routine, drink lots or water, eat low simple carbs, and get plenty of sleep. This journey has its ups and downs, and this is just a minor set back. You can do this!!!

noo, u can do it. dont stop because of one set back. you just have to trust the process. yea it gets tough but your tougher. I know u can do it😁💪🏿
