Pre-gym/Post rest day weight. DID NOT increase kCal as per December 4th journal entry.
Seems like the weight is starting to stick on this kCal.
Made some adjustments to my routine after completing my December 4-10 week. Moving heavier weight, less reps and less exercises per day.
Still breaking plateaus!
On an eating lifestyle note, I have seen the challenges and great benefits since going 95% vegan (due to higher cost of Vegan protein, I still use Whey as I've mentioned in a previous post) over a month ago. As a father of 3 amazing kids, I want to continue setting an example for them, but I also want to enjoy the eating splurges of Family nights and actually BE IN THE MOMENT with my kids without the guilt and restrictions of being a vegan.
Notably, I am already consuming a milk product. I've since embraced that and on December 10, switched over from 95% to 100% vegetarian. Made a short transition from products that MAY CONTAIN eggs or milk products to eating eggs. Haven't gone back to drinking milk or eating cheese directly yet. I may not either. Only time will tell. But a veggie pizza with my family sounds pretty amazing!
64.7 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
