br_e_co's Journal, 16 Dec 19

My thinking now is to get ~just under~ 500-600 calories eaten as compared to expended each day vs. trying to get 800-1000 calories under each day.

This helps me eat more, fuel my repairs and my workouts, and "maybe" gets my body thinking it's ok to lose some weight, instead of holding onto it.

Of course this could just be coincidence since Friday - but I have to go with what I am seeing. Gentle downward trend toward my goal is all I ask.

Happy Monday to you all!
