Back in the groove and downward movement has started again. Slowly adding weight lifting back into my daily routine. Gotta take it slow because of my back, but it's getting better each day. Started walking again and just bought an elliptical so am looking forward to that. Have a great weekend all.
155.6 kg Lost so far: 41.7 kg.    Still to go: 64.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congrats on your weight loss to date - you have done a fantastic job and are so close to that 100 lb. Again, congrats, and keep up the good work. Glad you are enjoying FS - its a great site! and so glad that you have found the power within yourself to make these changes.

That elliptical is really going to make your weight loss speed up so that's a good investment. You have a good weekend as well.
