Not a great week for me. I'm sad. Will do much better this week. I am weary, so much going on, so much to do. I need to prioritise, slow down, concentrate, and stop making hugh lists of things to do. Make a short list that is within reach and leave the long term stuff alone. Every other week I have someone come to help me clean, she is coming this morning HURRAY!! I will be back close to the top of my game tomorrow, just need to chill today. Looking forward to a weekend full of college and pro football. Lots of handwork to do in front of the TV. My mood is already looking up!!

I did accomplish one thing this week, NO FAST FOOD. Can hardly believe I have not had McDonalds now for 12 days. Must have over compensated with lots and lots of other stuff. May have to rethink this after the 4 weeks.
102.3 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 23.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't be sad, you can do this. Concentrate on the successes and figure out what other things to change. My daughter is a fast food junkie and she is doing great. She knows that a small hamburger/small fries is around 400 cals (or something like that) and simple works that into her daily limit. She doesn't feel deprived so it works for her. Have a great long weekend.
