I need to remember that if I eat 2000+ calories a day, that translates to sustaining 200+ pounds. And that's where I'm headed again if I don't show some self control. I've had a DGAF attitude lately. NO SWEETS TODAY.
87.7 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
