Well not surprised-out for dinners etc coming up to Christmas, had one of Monday and the best one to come on Saturday. I still get pain in my ankle and can't predict when it will occur, so now I'm sitting down alot still- watching the Christmas films.
82.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
