When I stepped on the scale this morning it read 149 point something...I looked at it & said something wrong here! I was right...stepped off, recalibrated & stepped back on. This is more realistic. Down but not 2 lbs. 😊 I knew I ate fewer calories yesterday, but not that many.

I worked on the tree (lights & garland) & put lighted garland on the mantle yesterday but didn't make as much progress as I had planned. Needing to run out for more lights set me back. A grocery shopping trip is needed but I think I'll postpone that for tomorrow. Then I can finish the tree.

Bookclub Christmas Party is Wed. night. I'm bringing a hot crab dip I make 😋 It is most likely going to be a calorie extravaganza, so I need to eat accordingly for the next couple of days.

68.5 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
