Hey Edgw - nice to see you again. I woke up to 2 inches of iced snow on to of freezing rain from yesterday... gorgeous but dangerous. Hope all is well with you in the Peg - go Bombers go!

Yes. We are very proud of our blue bombers. Weird weather this year. I agree. It snows then melts. Really cold then unseasonably mild. Bottom line...ice everywhere. Really trying hard on LCHF way of eating. I’ve been very disciplined and cut out all “white stuff”. Sort of Keto style. Three weeks and I’ve lost 6 lbs. so far. Hoping to improve my blood pressure and health in general. Thanks for all your support. I really do appreciate it. You’ve done great and have really motivated me. Way to go girl. The hard part is keeping it off. Keep me posted. Good to hear from you
