okkkkkk I made it through the first Saturday night, in a long time, staying on my woe/wol. Whew! Now just to keep it together and stay true TODAY and onward :-) I have to go grocery shopping again today to pick up a few things for Thanksgiving. Can you believe my local Winn Dixie store stopped carrying graham cracker crumbs! So I'll trek to Publix BUT I may opt to just get regular graham crackers & crush them myself instead, which does sound like a better idea since I won't use all the crumbs for the pumpkin pies (2) (I don't eat them, not my weakness but my sons like them and can control their portions...not like mom). & I can give my grandkids the left over graham crackers, cost less & get them out of the house! Anyway I need ingredient for something I can eat and also know my sons will like I haven't tried it before but saw it on this site; Nordic nut & seed bread. Publix has more variety of nuts & seeds. So hopefully I will keep it together there, since they also have the best carrot cake around, one of my sweetness weakness, STAY AWAY FROM THE BAKERY SECTION JOYCE!
That drop in the pounds dept this morning has helped me keep it together PLUS I'm so thankful I did not buy any wine or other spirits (did pick up beer) yesterday as I probably would have indulged last night I AM SO GLAD I DID NOT! Feel good and ready to go. I might even stop at the 24/7 workout gym and ride the elliptical for a bit :-)
70.5 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I too got through a Saturday with a successful WoE and went grocery shopping to get the food I will be eating this week. When I plan ahead and buy the ingredients I do so good. 👍
