Don't despair! You can do this. I would wager that even if your body isn't showing the numbers you want, it is responding positively to all your hard work. Perhaps the waistband of your pants is just a tiny bit looser, or your biceps have grown *so much* that they're bulging out of your golf shirts. You can do this. Don't derail yourself now. Maybe you just need a break from the scale for a week? Try a different workout. Maybe take your girl to Zumba or out real salsa dancing. :) You can do this - I believe in you!

Don't give up. Don't throw the towel, even for one day. You know, I know how hard it is to get back at it. Weight loss is frustrating, not rewarding when we would like, just doing whatever it wants without concern for our feelings. But you are worth the effort. Maybe you need a jumpstart, reduced carbs or fat or eliminate wheat, dairies or sugar... There are so many different things that can make a difference! I think in the long run, if you eat healthy and exercise, the results should follow. I too believe in you!
