ok, been on/off in/out up/down & all around but feel today is going to be a good day and a new start. This time of year is difficult at times but it will be ok.
I've decided to go back to an old diet/woe that I did when I was younger. I can't find the little booklet it was in, but I remember the most of it. Basically the foods allowed are; yogurt, cottage cheese, celery, peppers, scallions/leeks, lettuce, dill pickles, cantaloupe, strawberries, white fish, vegie broth, tea. As much and whenever you want. I know it may be a fad diet but it was & will be a refreshing change and has good food. So I'll give it a go since I really need a refreshing and new change! If anyone has ever heard of this plan, let me know if you have more info or a copy of it. Take care to all in FS Land :-)
