No change today...all good. It's really cold this morning....still in the 20's 😯 Hubby, dogs & I got out for our afternoon walk yesterday, in spite of dropping temperatures. It was around 34 degrees. My coat was warm, but my nose was not! Just before we left the power went out...a tree had fallen on the power lines in our neighborhood. It was windy yesterday. Thankfully, it was back on within the hour...before we returned from our walk. We're all electric so I was thinking we'd be eating out instead of the cheeseburger wraps I'd planned for dinner. We live in an area surrounded by pine trees that often lose branches or come over in bad weather.

Need to plan a low cal, healthy meal for dinner. Lunch out with the girls tomorrow. Italian....and my usual choices at this resteraunt aren't low cal. I think I remember a salmon dish but, it's served on risotto. Yummy, but fattening 😐

I'd like to get as close to 150 as possible by Thanksgiving. I had planned to do maintenance for the Holiday season but, now I'm wondering if I should continue with weight loss & just have a few cheat days for parties and on Thanksgiving & Christmas. I suppose the goal is the same...to come out of the Holidays on Jan. 1st without gaining.

Glad the power wasn't out long! Eating out is a challenge...good luck with that. I'm trying to make the same decision about the holidays...may eat out on Thanksgiving if I can find a decent place. I don't love Thanksgiving food enough to cook it for two and have fattening leftovers for a week. Don't love it enough to slave in the kitchen!
