Well here is the damage for doing my own thing.
It does not work for me, lol.
Back to weighing all food and logging everything that I stuff into my pie hole.
101.9 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
