Well, a week on the road without my food scale doesn’t help. But I did still sneak in 3 days of exercise. Have a great productive week FS family 💪🏽
79.6 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
