PM weigh in, 7 hrs sleep, 14 hrs fasted, & gym last night. Hit legs hard, I actually feel it today.
120.6 kg Lost so far: 27.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
