Going down slowly but so thankful it's going down. Was able to buy some pants this week in size 20 down from size 24. Can feel the loss in my clothes but the mirror tells me that I have so much more to lose. But I'm happy with the loss. I've been down this road before & lost 60lbs & thought I would never put it back on ............but I did & much more (another 60lbs)as well.
