Loving fish week. Last night was shrimp and butterfly shrimp sauted in chives, garlic with butter. Back to using the Steam room at the pool before and after my swim. Had a good hike into the hills in the afternoon with dogs. Yoga at night with a few hours of work interspersed throughout the day.
76.4 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Fish and shellfish are so darn good!! I am glad you are making use of the steam room. Not my favorite but I know it is yours! Your trails are so pleasant to walk down. Yoga is always good, eh?
