PM weigh in, 13 hrs sleep, & 19.5 hrs fasted. Usually stay up/go to gym but decided to stock up on sleep since I won't get much tomorrow.
120.0 kg Lost so far: 27.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
