i haven't been recording my calories....i've gotten kind of lazy over the last couple of days with life. as a gift for myself, i really need to get back on track and just do my best.
69.5 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
