Ugh. Work potluck, Halloween and multiple poor choices happened this week. Weight is up several pounds. On the plus side, I meal prepped. Made a slow cooker of chili, roasted 2 smoked chickens (stripped the meat and made stock). I will make pea soup from the stock.
