Have a head cold, so I skipped the morning workout and got a little extra sleep.
Weight finally had a drop! Yay! So excited, hope this is just the thing to keep me motivated to keep going. Went to hospital and weighed for our challenge this morning, I'm 2 lbs from hitting 5% for this session. If I hit 10% I'll be at goal weight. . . last weigh in is April 10, so that is my goal. Wish me luck!
65.0 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I hope you reach your goal, that would be awesome! I'm having so much trouble getting the morning workouts back into my routine. I'm hoping to try to start getting those in next week. You can do this!! Good luck!!
