My scale was not working so I used the Hospital's scales today my own scales say I weigh 116.8 but earlier this week they said I only weighed 112 so something is wrong with them I think unless I lost and gained 4 lbs over a few days.

98.4 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg. Still to go: 16.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.1 kg a Week

James you have the same problem as me so I used Boots scales and it was bad reading, lots of work to do.
