AM weigh in & 8 hrs sleep. Yesterday was carb day (40%) and probably too much sodium.
120.8 kg Lost so far: 27.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Holy Geez! 4,952mg Sodium... Nice net carbs and fiber numbers though. I have a real challenge hitting those 3 together, try as I may. Lookin' good!
