Could this be water weight? It's a big gain for 6 days. Although, I have been hitting the carbs pretty hard lately.
181.9 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 100.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I don't know but if it is you will knock that water back out in no time. Do you take a water pill to help with retaining fluids? People are saying that carbs aren't the problem BUT I don't know. I know that I have lost more weight this time around doing mostly keto than I did before. Anyhoo, I'm sure the next time you weight you'll see a loss. 🤗🤗🤗

I only take a water pill if I need to. I have problems passing urine so I can't do keto as it affects the kidneys and doctors strictly forbid me too. That and I was doing keto and ended up in the hospital. I've been peeing like crazy tho the last few hours so maybe it's coming off lol.
