AM weigh in, 6 hrs sleep. My body just wanted cheddar bay biscuits.. Hopefully gym late tonight.

Since I work Halloween 🎃 👻 night, I had the great idea of having a food night at work. Going to have Italian beef, white chicken chili, buffalo dip, & some other good stuff. I have 5lbs of Italian beef ready to go. 🥩 🥩 🥩 🥩 🥩 🥩 🥩
120.7 kg Lost so far: 27.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
