After workout weight. Weighed in some time last week but didn't log my weight of 138.9lbs.
On Tuesday October 22, I discovered the "plant-based diet" and it's effects on athletic performance and recovery. On Wednesday October 23, I decided to try it.
I am in my 4th year of weight training and have plateaued at the same or less 1RM in all exercises each year with different body compositions, body weight, macros balances and training styles.
After a week of this plant-based nutrition plan, I am feeling great! Recovering better, less inflammation, and finally broke through my flat bench plateau!
I'd like to note that I am still using Whey protein at 1/2 a scoop (which isn't plant based yet - going to finish it before switching) and eating much less protein than what I was eating before, just enough to build lean muscle mass as per what I've researched. I did worry about losing size, but only time will tell.
I will try this out for 3 more weeks and see how far we get with this!
62.4 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's exactly what I watched, which is why I switched over. I've been maxing out on 1RM the same for 3 years trying different diets and workout plans. This plant-based diet makes more sense. It doesn't work against the body at all. It feels more natural.
