I still can't make sense of this journal entry thing. Now I'll have to leave comments since I didn't record something at the same time I posted my weight. I'm very sleep deprived this week and the work keeps getting piled on. Gotta finish everything before I go on this trip. I'm so fatigued I can barely walk the dog much less exercise. Need more calories.
