Last week went okay. Except, I tried a couple Halloween chocolate bars. Not sure why. Disgusting sweet and felt gross afterwards. Last Saturday I had a physio appointment. My arm painful and bruised, my back & neck sore/off. I was only doing ice and physio app exercises. This weekend I tried gym classes. It went okay. I will continue going. If it hurts adjust or quit.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
