Bang! Another 2 lbs amazing even myself. I even had a couple of slip ups along the week but really watched myself 95% of the time. Am feeling good and positive.

90.3 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
