PM weigh in, 11 hrs sleep, 15+ hrs fasted, gym 💪🏼this AM. Weighed 271.4 yesterday, I knew that was bs water 💦 retention, and I only got <5 hrs of sleep.
121.1 kg Lost so far: 26.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
