I don't think I could've made worse food choices yesterday if I had tried. Watched the game at mom's house with sis. I enjoy our get-togethers for the Saturday game, but we always eat junk food. And then I chose ice cream for supper on top of all that. No wonder I didn't feel well when I went to bed.

This morning we took our dog to a new park for fun. The setting by the Cahaba River was nice and the weather feels like Ireland - misty and cool, but it was a small enclosure and a bit muddy so we didn't stay long. I started hankering for a meat & 3 Sunday dinner at Irondale Cafe, but that would be another horrible choice. We will have an omelet and bacon for lunch instead.
87.8 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
