Went running three days in a row - two weeks until 5K race and less than 6 until half marathon - hoping to get 10 pounds off before half marathon - really notice the extra weight I've put back on!!!
73.0 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
