I understand that! I'm going to be an old mother hen and say just try to keep your protein up, ok? Shakes or something. You don't want to lose the muscle you've worked so hard for.

I may have to do two shakes a day. Today I grabbed one from in town (250 kcal 24g protein) for lunch and a snickers over 3 hours lol. 28g in so far. Gym tonight so will see how the workout suffers from lack of nutrition for a week.
