Went to the gym yesterday, but ended up the evening making poor choices for dinner. Mr C wanted to go out to eat and I overdid it at East-West. Our precious niece was our server. They have the best small plates. I had wings, lettuce wraps, and Korean pork belly bun. Very rich and probably high in sodium.
Mr C is not as committed to losing weight as he was in July. He's been snacking a lot more and bringing home sweets. He goes to the gym only once a week despite my inviting and encouraging him to go with me. I get a little irritated when I hear him exaggerating to others about how much he's lost and how often he exercises. We're going on a Sunday drive to the apple orchard so it will be a good time to have a pep talk about how we need to get back on track.
