This is my third try at getting my weight posted today. Maybe this will work.

I'm shocked that I went down another pound today. Didn't expect that after eating a big lunch yesterday with an orange roll. But had little for supper. Gotta try to get to the gym today, although I'm behind on a lot of desk work.

I feel like intense activity at the gym is revving up my metabolism and boosting my energy. I had been shuffling around when walking to get the mail or walk my dog. I feel lighter and springier for sure. The next thing I'm hoping for is to see less of this fat apron. It's stubborn and I'm not sure it will disappear this time. I may have stretched out my skin too much in my old age.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
