Down just a little bit more and still not gaining anything back, I’ve kinda stopped setting goals for myself cause pushing to lose weight has never helped before, I’d like to be 220 by December but I’m not making it a goal or pushing for it, my body is taking care of itself in its own time and as long as I keep treating it with respect it will keep doing so. Also I just realized I am past my small goal from forever ago I put in this app to make it seem more achievable and that truly just made my day.
108.2 kg Lost so far: 29.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Setting a goal is not the same as “pushing yourself”. You have included losing weight in your efforts to achieve your personal optimal health. Just continue to set reasonable, achievable goals.
