Good morning all! 🌞 I realize that some of this is 'water weight' but I'll take that drop! Nothing so encouraging as seeing progress.
116.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 48.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
