Morning weight. Only in my underwear.
No calories counted for my 10 days of "letting loose". I was very mindful for my first few days in Cuba to get my protein intake.
Drank alot of beer and some rum throughout the trip. Started drinking some pop as well (after 4 years of avoiding it), Sprite was my go to! Sweets, chips and whatever. Dropped to 3 meals a day - I was starving in between meals!
Went to the gym 5/7 days in Cuba only doing a pump workout.
Eating between and during flights was only snacks to get me through. Also munched on some of my kids' snacks.
Monitored my body. Visually, I looked bloated when I started drinking beer on the trip. Physically, I felt drained and weak.
Swollen ankle and knee, probably from the day I was jumping on and off the stage during one of the nightly contests/performances.
All in all, it was a great trip. Looks like my body hasn't changed much. Though physically I don't feel too strong.
Time to get back into my routine!
Not sure whether to bulk or maintain my cut... Got to figure that out first!
63.0 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
