Somehow after the last weigh in, I shot up 2 1/2 pounds. Back down now, but really strange.

Can it be I have 6 1/2 pounds left?
79.2 kg Lost so far: 29.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

OMG my friend...you are so close to your goal. Isn't it funny how the gains come quick and then the loss is overnight. I am noticing if I eat any normal size meal I can gain 4 pounds overnight...the next day I watch what I eat and it is gone again by the next morning. GOOD LUCK on your final stretch...tear it up!!

Thank you! Yeah--it was VERY strange! Then last night I go out and eat Mexican. Stayed away from the Cheese dip, only ate half my refried beans, subbed mashed potatoes for rice and ate half, then had a mix of chicken and steak fajitas. No gain. Still a pretty big dinner though.
