Haha. 2/10 of a pound. That's essentially nothing! But after the last 3-4 years I've had, I'll take it. May not be much, but it's definitely in the right direction!!!

P.S. I'm not really following Atkins per se any more - though I think it would still count. I only got as far as the step that allowed berries and melon (3?) before I stopped losing weight (I think that was a max of 30 net carbs) and had to back off to nearly induction levels ... with gradual (then fast) weight *gain* until I tossed fasting into the mix last year. So I'd say what I'm doing is better described as Keto with intermittent fasting. Been doing this for more than 7 years, and I'm still learning how to make it work for me! For what that may be worth. ;)
