I sure didn't expect to see a drop today. We went out to eat at our favorite sushi restaurant, but I had all sashimi and edamame with only one piece of nigiri (uni - sea urchin). It was delicious.

This is going to be a busy day of finishing a closet clean-out, finishing deadline work projects, and starting a new spec project with a friend that could be a real time-sucker. Everything has to be done before our big trip next week. I better cinch up my girdle.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That was a good idea to go for the Sashimi instead of the Sushi. The sticky rice has a very high glycemic index
