Slow but at least in the right direction. I can't complain. I find the Fit Bit is a real motivator for me. My need to " count" really helps me balance calories going in and energy going out.
64.0 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
