last week i felt i did realy well i think maybe i didn't do enough calories i'm not sure. Did some really good workouts.
Week 1 7,605 cal intake Move Cal 4,532 Deficit 7,788 35.44 miles
Week 2 8,242 cal intake Move Cal 4,478 Deficit 7,097 36 miles
Week 3 7,939 cal intake Move Cal 5,391 Deficit 8,313 40.46 miles
84.9 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

LOL I didn't realize others could see what I wrote. I was writing to myself lol. I appreciate the support :) Hey can I ask a question if you know great if not that's ok too. I have been calculating my BMR to figure my rate of deficit calories but as I lose weight shouldn't I be recalculating that??? i'm just not sure how often I should be updating that to do the most accurate calculations.
