So happy to see 195 on the scale today. It was challenging trying to count calories yesterday bc we went to Costco and they were handing out samples. I had a half a Garden Lites - Veggies Made Great orange muffin, some Harvest Snaps, and a piece of sausage. Mr C picked up some lamb chops and cooked those for dinner. We haven't had lamb in years so it was a nice change. A few months ago we would've had the $1.50 hotdog & soda combo for dinner at Costco.

Gotta work all day and take mom shopping for new doors. The tempered glass in her back patio door exploded & shattered for some unknown reason. Maybe the house shifted.

Then the MSU/Auburn game starts at 6 and I want to see as much of that as possible with mom and sis.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
