Yesss, I felt so good when I saw this this morning 136lbs. Now I feel as if I am making progress. The actual weigh in was 135lbs, but I will leave the extra 1lb for the food I will consume today. I changed my goal weight because I am already under weight for my age and height. Thank You Herbalife.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
