AM weigh in. 8 hrs sleep. Surprised didn't go down a bit, ate only chicken yesterday. Must have been dehydrated. 💦 I did get my trend back from infinity to soon 😄
121.0 kg Lost so far: 26.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
